Refund Policy
At Stella Power Design we operate an extensive Return of Goods policy, to provide you with the utmost confidence when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 30 days of dispatch. Goods returned within time frame are eligible for a full refund value or in store credit of the original sale price. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for refunds or credit. In order to qualify for refunds or in store credit, items must be returned undamaged and in their original state.

Stella Power Design cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage. Our Return of Goods policy does not cover the cost of the original postage or subsequent postage charges.

At Stella Power Design we operate a strict privacy policy. The information you provide us is treated with absolute confidence. It will be used only for the purpose of processing your orders with us. The information will not be passed on to any other third party.
